Job Summary and Mission: To create the Heavenly Desserts experience for our guests by providing courteous, prompt service, quality beverages and desserts, and maintaining a clean and comfortable restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities - Back of House (BOH)



Prepare, assemble, and present high-quality desserts and beverages in line with Heavenly Desserts' premium brand standards. Ensure all dishes leaving the kitchen are presented to a consistently high standard -- picture-perfect and accurate to the menu specifications. Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized kitchen environment at all times, following all

food safety

,

health and safety

, and

cleaning

procedures. Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly, reporting any maintenance or safety concerns promptly to management. Follow proper food storage, labeling, and rotation practices to maintain freshness and minimise waste. Support the

KP/Pot Wash team

when required, ensuring that crockery, utensils, and kitchen tools are cleaned and ready for use. Work collaboratively with Front of House (FOH) team members to ensure smooth service and timely preparation of orders. Assist in restocking ingredients, packaging, and cleaning materials as needed, ensuring adequate supplies are maintained during shifts. Comply fully with

company policies

,

food hygiene regulations

, and

allergen control

procedures. Help maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas, including food preparation zones, storage spaces, and staff facilities. Participate in daily cleaning schedules and end-of-day deep cleans to uphold restaurant standards. Perform additional duties as directed by management to support smooth and efficient kitchen operations. Be available to work between

11:00 AM and 11:00 PM

, with reliable transportation to and from the Bedford restaurant. A minimum of

1-2 years of catering or food handling experience

is preferred, though full training will be provided for the right candidate.
