Responsibilities

Assist in food preparation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations at all times. Support kitchen staff with various tasks, including cooking, plating, and cleaning as needed. Engage with customers, providing friendly service and upselling menu items to enhance their dining experience. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and contribute to team goals.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary setting is preferred but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn. Basic knowledge of food safety practices is beneficial. Strong time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are essential for success in this role. Familiarity with basic maths skills for handling transactions and understanding portion sizes is advantageous. A passion for food preparation and customer service will set you apart as an ideal candidate.
