Creams Cafe is the UK's leading Italian Gelato Dessert Restaurant group serving an inspiring range of Waffles, Crepes, Sundaes, Milkshakes, Coffee, Cakes, and our amazing Gelato Ice Cream.

The role: As a Team Member, you'll be responsible for making sure every customer has an enjoyable experience at Creams Cafe.

Team Member Responsibilities:

Warm, friendly, and entertaining while serving customers Able to think on their feet and use their initiative Able to cope under pressure Demonstrate multitasking with ease Able to work as part of the team Provide outstanding customer service and be able to anticipate customers needs and expectations Maintain high hygiene standards as well as demonstrate food preparation skills Provide quality desserts and beverages to all customers according to recipe and presentation standards Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
