The ideal candidate will be confident working across all areas of the business, including customer service, phone orders, and food preparation such as curries, pizzas, and other menu items. Responsibilities

Prepare food items, including curries, pizzas, and other dishes, according to established recipes and quality standards. Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service both in person and over the phone. Answer phone calls confidently, take accurate orders, and handle customer enquiries. Ensure food safety procedures are followed, including proper handling, storage, and cleanliness. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and food delivery. Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and maximise sales opportunities. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in kitchen, service, and front-of-house areas. Support team members during peak hours by sharing responsibilities as needed.
Skills & Requirements

Experience in food preparation or working in a restaurant environment is highly desirable. Ability to work confidently across multiple roles, including kitchen and front-of-house duties. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude. Fluent spoken English is essential for effective communication with customers and staff. Must be able to drive and hold a valid driving licence. Basic maths skills for handling orders, payments, and inventory. Strong time-management skills and ability to work well under pressure. Reliable, motivated, and a strong team player with a positive work ethic. Upselling skills to promote menu items and enhance the guest experience.
