Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Team Member. This role involves working behind the bar serving drinks, as well as running food to tables and ensuring a great customer experience. Responsibilities

Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes. Operate tills and handle cash and card transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area and equipment. Check customer identification to ensure legal drinking age. Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations. Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers promptly and accurately. Ensure correct food presentation and that dishes match the order... Ensure all dietary requirements or allergy concerns are communicated clearly. Provide friendly and attentive service to enhance customer experience.

Experience

Previous experience in a pub or restaurant environment is advantageous but not essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting. Familiarity with food safety practices is beneficial. Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members. A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
