Job Responsibilities

As a Crew Member/Team Member, you are the heart of our restaurant. Your duties will be varied, ensuring the best possible experience for every customer.

Food Preparation & Cooking:

Prepare, cook, and assemble food items with consistency and quality, following all Captain D's recipes and standards.

Customer Service:

Take customer orders accurately, operate the till, and provide friendly, efficient service to all guests.

Hygiene and Cleanliness:

Maintain excellent hygiene standards in all areas, including the kitchen, service counter, and dining area. This involves cleaning, sanitising equipment, and washing dishes.

Stock & Organisation:

Assist with restocking stations, putting away deliveries, and generally keeping the restaurant clean, tidy, and organised.

Teamwork:

Work collaboratively with your colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
