Responsibilities

Prepare food items in accordance with established recipes and safety standards Serve customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas Follow food safety regulations and hygiene procedures at all times Assist with basic food preparation tasks to support kitchen operations Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and maximise sales opportunities Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operation

Requirements

Previous experience in food preparation, restaurant service, or culinary roles is desirable but not mandatory Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices Basic maths skills for handling transactions and portion control Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks during busy shifts Ability to work well within a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers A positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn new skills
