Duties

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Assist in food preparation, ensuring that all items are prepared according to our culinary standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while following all safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Manage time effectively to complete tasks promptly while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is advantageous but not essential. Strong basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing orders accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices is preferred, ensuring compliance with health regulations. Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment. A passion for culinary arts and a willingness to learn new skills within the food industry. Ability to work well within a team, demonstrating strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
