Full Fat Social is a brand new independent coffee and wine bar operating in Cardiff Bay. We're a space for connection, conversation, and community. By day, we serve locally roasted coffee and a fresh brunch & lunch menu; by night, we pour great wines and speciality cocktails. We care deeply about what we serve and where it comes from -- think ethically sourced beans, natural wines, and sustainability that's more than just a buzzword.

we're looking for a people person who cares about creating a warm, welcoming space for everyone - no matter where they're from, how they identify, or what they're drinking. No need to be a coffee or wine expert (yet) -- we'll teach you everything you need to know, what we do need is good energy, willingness to muck in, and eagerness to work in a busy environment.

What you'll do:

Make great coffee and speciality drinks Give excellent service to our customer's, both on till and on the floor Help keep the place looking tidy, stocked, and inviting Help with opening and closing duties Running food and drink to tables Work closely with a small team where everyone pulls their weight Share your ideas and help us grow in the right direction

Worked in a hospitality setting: 1 year (preferred)
