Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our vibrant restaurant team. Previous restaurant or culinary experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided. All positions are paid, ensuring you are rewarded for your hard work and commitment.

Responsibilities

Prepare a variety of food items in accordance with company standards and food safety regulations Serve customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen and dining areas Support the team during busy periods by managing multiple tasks effectively Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and maximise sales opportunities Follow all health and safety guidelines diligently to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests Manage time effectively to ensure orders are prepared and served promptly

Requirements

Experience in food preparation, serving, or working within a restaurant environment is preferred but not mandatory Knowledge of food safety standards and practices Basic maths skills for handling transactions and portion control Previous kitchen or culinary experience is advantageous Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour Ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment

The Wage offer does not include service charge which will be over and above your hourly wage. Service Charge can vary, but on average the value is significant.
