Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Team Member to join our dynamic team in a bustling public bar environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, contributing to the overall success of our establishment.

Responsibilities

- Uphold high standards of food (drink) safety and cleanliness in compliance with regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons and assisting with their needs
- Utilise basic maths skills for transactions and order accuracy
- Demonstrate effective time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Support upselling initiatives to enhance customer experience

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a public house is advantageous
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team setting
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

Bradford BD13 2AD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Language:

Fluent English (preferred)
Work Location: In person
