Job Summary

Duties



1. Customer Service:
- Greet members and guests with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Assist with club inquiries, including court bookings, membership information, and event details.
- Ensure members and guests have an excellent experience throughout their visit.

2. Facility Management:
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the padel courts, social zones, and changing facilities.
- Monitor the condition of equipment, such as padel rackets, balls, and court nets, and report any issues.
- Assist in setting up for tournaments, leagues, and other events.

3. Sales & Membership Support:
- Promote memberships, events, and other services available at the club.
- Assist with retail sales, including padel gear, clothing, and accessories.
- Provide information on membership opportunities, pricing, and benefits.

4. Operational Support:
- Handle court bookings and manage the scheduling system.
- Assist with check-ins, taking payments, and resolving any issues with bookings.
- Support the club's administration tasks as needed, including maintaining member records.

5. Food & Beverage

- Take orders, prepare simple snacks and cold beverages.
- Operate coffee machines and prepare hot drinks.
- Ensure a clean & hygienic environment in the food & beverage area.

6. Community Engagement:
- Actively participate in promoting a friendly, inclusive atmosphere.
- Assist with organising events, social activities, and tournaments to engage the padel community.
- Provide basic tips and guidance to new players to enhance their enjoyment of the sport.

7. Health & Safety:
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed by all players and staff.
- Regularly check that the courts and surrounding areas are safe and hazard-free.
- Respond to any emergencies or injuries in line with the club's protocols.

About You



- Passion for sports, fitness, and the game of Padel (previous Padel or Tennis experience is a plus).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A customer-first mindset with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of sales and ability to assist in promoting memberships or products.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during events as required.
- Previous experience in sports, hospitality, or retail industries.
- Knowledge of Padel or racket sports is a strong advantage.
- Experience in organizing sports events or tournaments is a plus.
