Duties

Assist with food preparation, ensuring all items are prepared according to our quality standards and food safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and promote menu items effectively. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health and safety guidelines. Perform basic maths calculations for order processing and cash handling. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely service delivery. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure all tasks are completed promptly.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary environment is advantageous but not essential. Knowledge of food safety practices is preferred. Strong time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and order calculations. A passion for food preparation and delivering quality service. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour when interacting with customers and team members.
