Back Of House Team Member

Back of house includes prepares, cooks, and presents food according to Sides standards, maintains kitchen cleanliness and organization, adheres to food safety regulations, manages inventory and supplies, and collaborates with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations and a high-quality guest dining experience.

As a Sides Back Of House Team Member - You will:

Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation & Cooking:

Prepare RAW chicken Assisting with meal and ingredient preparation, cooking menu items,

Kitchen Maintenance:

Performing general kitchen cleaning, organizing storage areas, and maintaining equipment and utensils, fryers.

Hygiene & Safety:

Adhering to strict food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations.

Inventory & Stock Management:

Monitoring stock levels, accepting deliveries, rotating food using FIFO (First-In, First-Out), and assisting with inventory management and ordering.

Team Collaboration:

Communicating effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service and efficient workflow.

Operational Support:

Assisting with after-hours clean-up, taking out trash, and following all established operational policies.

This role consist of closing shifts:- starting at 5pm and ending at 11.30pm Weekdays and weekends 4-5 days a week please don't apply unless you can do this shift pattern.
