Our team is involved in every element of People and Finance activity. That includes payroll, casework, referencing and onboarding, through to billing, paying suppliers, and month end activities. It's up to us to lead, support and deliver an excellent service across our core processes including Managing Revenue; Procurement; Project and Asset Management; Finance Processes; People Processes.


Our Business Services teams focus on three areas: Systems and Transformation, Service Delivery, and Business Intelligence.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a customer service background looking to grow a career in data management, or more broadly within ERP system management. The Team Member position within our Data Management team is incredibly varied, including being responsible for user and system administration across multiple workstreams in Finance and HR.


The team is critical to supporting Heathrow's business-wide strategy of moving towards a digital and data driven future, which will provide the role holder the chance to join the team at an exciting time.



User and workflow administration for multiple LHR Airports systems ensuring rigorous accordance with LHR IT controls policy and internal and external audit recommendations. Being responsible for regular system access, structural alignment and key control audits to ensure continued compliance and data integrity. System module administration, configuration, and HR/Financial structural alignment, often working in conjunction with other Heathrow teams and our 3rd party IT service providers. End user support, query resolution and escalation where necessary. Supporting the team during monthly financial reporting, system UAT/release and formal audit cycles, as well as involvement in projects and other continuous improvement activities.

Strong focus on customer service gained through working in a role with an accountability for providing customer service. Good analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Able to demonstrate experience working to controls and guidelines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ideally, you'll also have:



Knowledge of Oracle Cloud and related systems, however training will be provided.

Working location



Your contractual place of work will be the Heathrow Business Services Centre in Glasgow so you'll need to be based in the UK and within a commutable distance to work.


We also have some hybrid roles with a working approach which offers the opportunity for colleagues to work from home for an average of two days a week, providing the flexibility to work in an agile way whilst ensuring we deliver for the operational needs of Heathrow. Working arrangements vary from team to team and will be confirmed during the recruitment process.
