, 12-2 pm shifts are on a rota basis Monday to Saturday 6-8 hours per with the possibility for more hours .

Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Member to join our team. Duties

Process customer orders and a fast and timely manner food items according to Operate POS systems for order entry and payment processing. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer needs. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards. Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures. Assist with stocking up the counter area ensuring all prep is ready for the day Follow food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure safe food handling practices. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar environment in the food service industry, particularly in quick service or fast food restaurants, is preferred, but training can be provided . Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to engage customers through effective sales techniques and up selling strategies. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.

Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 8 per week
