We're a small but busy coffee shop based in Dorking, and we're excited to welcome another person to our friendly, close-knit team

We're looking for someone who brings:

Excellent communication skills A cheerful, friendly personality Strong customer service skills A keen eye for detail A willingness to learn and grow Flexibility and openness to new ideas A positive, approachable attitude A strong team-player mindset Reliability and commitment

Availability to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays

Previous hospitality experience is essential.

Barista experience is an advantage, but not required -- we're happy to support the right person in developing their skills.
