Duties

Greeting and serving customers with a smile. Providing great customer service and handling the till. Preparing the shop for opening, keeping the shop clean and tidy. Decorating cakes and slices for display and customer orders. Writing messages on cakes and boxing orders carefully. Managing stock and communicating with the kitchen team. Maintaining Cake Box standards and ensuring proper hygiene. Helping with end-of-day cleaning
Qualifications

Previous experience in food preparation or a restaurant setting is preferred but not essential. Strong time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. Basic culinary skills with a willingness to learn and develop further. Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. A genuine desire to help others and provide outstanding customer service. Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 37.5 per week

Day shift- Monday to Friday Weekend availability Weekends only
