Job Description

We are Hawaiian Poke bowl shop based at South Bridge, Edinburgh

We are looking for full-time team member to join in our lovely team who can work 30-40 hours weekly.

Your duties include:

- prepare food ingredients under high standard throughout the day

- manage the kitchen including preparation, stock and cleaning

- serve food and teas under high standard

- keeping the shop including counter and seating areas clean

- counting correctly

- offering good customer service

- run the shop smoothly
