Job Summary


We are seeking high energy and dedicated individuals to join our current catering team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen and dining areas. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about food and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Duties



Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and food safety standards. Assist with kitchen operations, including food preparation and maintaining cleanliness in work areas. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Manage time effectively to meet customer demands while maintaining quality standards. Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of menu offerings.

Requirements



Previous restaurant experience is preferred Basic culinary skills and kitchen experience are advantageous. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining a safe working environment. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing orders accurately. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team. A passion for food preparation and serving, along with a friendly disposition towards customers. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 10.00-12.96 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 50 per week

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Weekend availability
Experience:

Kitchen: 2 years (required) Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:

Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (required)
Work Location: In person
