We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, maintaining food safety standards, and assisting with various tasks to enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards Maintain high levels of food safety and hygiene in compliance with health regulations Assist in the organisation of kitchen operations, ensuring timely service delivery Engage with customers, providing friendly and efficient service while upselling menu items Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during busy periods Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organised work environment Support fellow staff members by helping with various tasks as needed

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred but not essential Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing orders accurately Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during peak hours A passion for culinary arts and a willingness to learn new skills Excellent communication skills and a friendly disposition towards customers and colleagues alike
