Responsibilities

Assist with food preparation, ensuring all items are prepared according to our recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations. Engage with customers, providing friendly service and upselling menu items to enhance their dining experience. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the restaurant. Perform basic maths for order processing and till operations accurately. Support other kitchen staff in various tasks as needed to maintain workflow efficiency.

Requirements

Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is desirable but not essential. Knowledge of food safety practices is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting. Basic culinary skills and an understanding of food preparation techniques are advantageous. Ability to engage with customers positively and promote menu items through effective upselling techniques. A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic team environment.

Pay: 11.44-15.97 per hour
