We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic Bistro and Deli team at Champagne + Fromage, Harrogate. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while ensuring that food preparation and safety standards are met. Responsibilities

Prepare food and beverages according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food, and addressing customer enquiries or concerns. Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely service delivery. Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain service flow without compromising quality. Participate in training sessions to improve culinary skills and knowledge of food safety practices.

Requirements

Previous restaurant and bar experience is preferred, particularly in food preparation or serving roles. Basic culinary skills with an understanding of food safety standards. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing orders accurately. A passion for food and a willingness to learn new techniques in the kitchen. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when required.

Pay: 12.21-14.21 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
