Responsibilities

Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Work with the Central Kitchen team to support out sites in preparing food Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations at all times. Supporting chefs with cooking meals. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak days. Manage time effectively to complete tasks promptly while maintaining quality standards. Participate in training sessions to improve culinary skills and knowledge of food safety practices.

Requirements

Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of food preparation techniques. Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is essential to maintain hygiene standards. Basic math skills are necessary for handling transactions and managing orders. Kitchen or culinary experience is advantageous but not mandatory; we are willing to train the right candidates. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are key attributes for success in this role.
