Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Team Member to join our dynamic team, the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service:

Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Provide menu information and recommendations to enhance the dining experience. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Food Preparation:

Assist in the preparation of food items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure that all food is prepared and presented in a timely manner. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the preparation process.

Dealing with Orders:

Process orders efficiently and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Manage payments on our POS System.

Cleaning

: Keep the dining area, kitchen and counters clean and organised. Assist in washing dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment as needed.

Team Work:

Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations. Support colleagues during busy periods to maintain efficient service.

Inventory Management:

Assist in monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages to management. Help with receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring proper inventory control.

Requirement

Previous experience in a restaurant or takeaway setting is preferred but not required as full training will be given. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
