What You'll Do at Esquires Coffee

Fuel your passion by helping us serve up incredible offerings our guests will crave. Provide exceptional customer service that makes every visit special. Use your essential barista experience to craft high-quality, delicious beverages to perfection. Maintain a clean and welcoming environment because details matter. Assist with preparing both savory and sweet menu items with care. Build genuine relationships with our guests and keep the vibe positive. Use our till system to keep things running seamlessly. Keep displays looking fresh and fully stocked.

What We're Looking For

Previous barista experience is essential

for this role--you must be confident in espresso-based drink preparation and working with professional coffee equipment. A love for coffee, food, and delivering amazing customer experiences. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
