Role Purpose

Our Team Members are the core part of every Brewpub and key to the experience of our guests. You will be the friendly,smiling face that greets our guests,be passionate about great food,drinks (particularly craft beer) and high standards of service.



You will be keen to learn and take advantage of all the development opportunities available at B&K whilst working in a fun and supportive environment



As a Team Member,you'll be taking orders,be confident about recommending dishes and drinks (particularly our own-brewed B&K beers),serving food and drinks,delivering a great experience for our guests,and helping with the setting-up and closing-down of the Brewpub.
