As the oldest Cornish pasty maker in the world, we pride ourselves on delivering delicious baked goods and brilliant customer service. We are now seeking Team Members to join us in our store in

Trago Mills Liskeard

for

12-16 hours (approx.) per week

(over

2-3 days

).


Our store is open every day of the week, with operating hours from 09:00am to 17:30pm. Please note that these hours are subject to change throughout the year and there may be the opportunity for more hours during our busier periods.

The ideal candidate will be available to work flexible hours, across all seven days including weekends.

Responsibilities:

Provide brilliant customer service that leaves our customers smiling. Maintain our high standards in health, safety, and food hygiene Operate the cash register and process customer transactions Bake off products as required Assist customers with their purchases and answer any questions they may have with your product knowledge Ensure stock levels are well maintained Maintain a clean and tidy shop floor, including restocking shelves and ensuring displays are well-presented Promote our products and special offers

Requirements:

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Due to key holder responsibilities, you will need to be 18 or over.
