Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health and safety regulations. Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating basic maths skills when processing payments. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.

Skills

Strong time management skills to effectively prioritise tasks during busy periods. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing orders. Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary environment is advantageous but not essential. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being proactive in assisting customers. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure the highest standards of hygiene are maintained. A passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service is essential.
