Located in the heart of Mathew Street, the Liverpool Beatles Museum houses one of the largest and most authentic collections of Beatles memorabilia in the world. We welcome visitors from across the globe every day, sharing Liverpool's incredible musical heritage through engaging exhibits and guided tours.
The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable
Team Member
to join our friendly and passionate team. This is a varied front-of-house role that combines customer service, guided tours, and event support.Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging guided tours
of the museum, sharing stories and historical insights about The Beatles and Liverpool's music scene.Welcome visitors
and provide outstanding customer service at reception and throughout the museum.Process admissions and merchandise sales
, using our ticketing and payment systems accurately.Support events
including morning or evening private tours, press visits, and special functions.Maintain presentation standards
, ensuring exhibits and public areas are tidy and welcoming.Assist with general administrative or operational tasks
as needed to support the day-to-day running of the museum.About You
We are looking for a friendly, reliable and confident individual to join our small team. A knowledge of the Beatles is welcome but not necessary but a willingness to learn is essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
Work Location: In person
