We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our vibrant restaurant team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. You will be involved in various aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, serving, and maintaining food safety standards.
Duties
Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and safety guidelines.
Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food, and addressing customer inquiries.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
Perform basic math calculations for order processing and cash handling.
Participate in training sessions to improve culinary skills and knowledge of food safety practices.
Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred but not essential; we welcome individuals eager to learn.
Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary practices is advantageous.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of food safety standards is desirable.
Experience in serving or upselling is a plus, contributing to a well-rounded skill set for the role.

Pay: 16,886.48-30,300.17 per year
