We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Team Member to join our dynamic hospitality team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop culinary and customer service skills within a vibrant restaurant environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Previous experience in a restaurant setting is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.

Duties

Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation are maintained Serve customers efficiently and courteously, taking orders and delivering meals promptly Assist with food safety procedures, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service and minimise wait times Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximise sales opportunities Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and equipment throughout shifts Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is advantageous Basic maths skills for handling transactions and portion control are required Experience in food preparation or culinary roles will be considered an asset Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Excellent time management skills to ensure smooth service during peak hours Ability to work well within a team, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude
