To meet, greet and seat customers.
To take/serve customer orders in a professional manner and meet customers needs and expectations.
To maintain the cleanliness of all the catering space
To communicate effectively with all management.
To adhere to all food safety and health and safety aspects in line with Company policy including standards.
2. ADMINISTRATION
:
To ensure all records kept in the store is up to date.
Ensure all daily and weekly paperwork is completed to the standard required
Ensure all instructions from the manager are actioned within the time scale.
3. GENERAL
:
To present a professional demeanour at all times when dealing with all customers
To carry out other duties and projects as requested by senior management
4. OTHER DUTIES:
