Team Member
Hours: 40 hours per week, including weekend work
Location: Meat:Stack, 41-43 Groat Market, NE1 1UG
Reporting to: General Manager
Rate of pay: 12.60 PH , DOE + Bonus
Flexibility is needed to suit store requirements and as such some weeks may see excess hours. Weekend working is required.
Operations
Ensuring we are serving our guests with professionalism and tons of personality .
-Ability to work in a fast pace open kitchen
- Work to the highest level of food safety
Ensuring the output is consistently of the highest quality and in line with the Meat:Stack specifications.
Representing Meat:Stack with the highest level of hospitality going a extra mile every time for our guests .
Overall cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant premises and facilities.
Adhering to Health and Safety and food management practice within the restaurant including recording and monitoring, staff and customer welfare, quality control, stock management, cleaning etc.
Ensure requirements are met to maintain a 5rating within the venue.
Customer Service
Ensuring the customer service is consistent of the highest quality and in line with the Meat:Stack expectations.
Ensuring that all customers are welcomed into the store and that the environment and team is friendly and welcoming at all times.
Respond to customer queries and complaints in every format as required
Identify opportunities to improve the operation of and experience within the venue.
Promotion and Marketing
Offering recommendations to the management regarding promotion, marketing or opportunities to build restaurant trade.
Incorporating marketing campaigns into site operations.
Monthly ideas meetings with all levels of management.
Personal Skills
ESSENTIAL:
Excellent communication skills, spoken, written and verbal.
service skills and experience, preferably in a quick-service restaurant or venue.
Highly organised and effective in time management
highly motivated
Upbeat, sociable hospitable and attentive.
A desire to learn and train
Computer literate including at least a basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
DESIRABLE:
Licensee/personal license holder
Health & Safety knowledge and experience
Food hygiene certification
Clean UK driving license
