iBounce Newton Abbot is an exciting trampoline park that offers a variety of fun activities including dodgeball, 3 tiered softplay, a 5 meter high kicker slide and jumping into giant airbags. We are dedicated to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all our guests.

We also have another venue in Newton Abbot called iTown Newton Abbot, which is the UK's largest role play centre.

Summary

As a Team Member at both iBounce and iTown Newton Abbot, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Located in the heart of our trampoline park, this position involves engaging with customers, assisting with activities, and maintaining a safe environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests as they arrive at the trampoline park. Monitor activities to ensure safety protocols are followed at all times. Assist in food preparation and ensure food safety standards are maintained. Engage with customers to promote additional services and upsell products. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen and dining areas. Manage time effectively to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Requirements

Strong customer service skills. Experience in food preparation or restaurant settings is preferred. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work well in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service. Be able to work on Sundays

This role requires you to have weekend availability and to also be available to work during the school holidays as well as some evenings should you be required.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour
