We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team. As a Team Member at Mail Boxes Etc. Norwich, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service across a range of business and personal support services - including packing & shipping, printing, mailbox rentals, and more. You'll assist customers in-store, by phone, and via email, while helping with day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and professional service.
Duties
Greet and assist customers with printing, shipping, packaging, and mailbox services.
Process shipments with carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, and Royal Mail.
Prepare custom packaging solutions for various items including fragile goods.
Operate printing and finishing equipment (e.g., copiers, laminators, binders, etc.).
Handle cash, card payments, and maintain accurate sales records.
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering packaging or office supplies.
Ensure the shop floor is tidy, well-presented, and stocked at all times.
Support with mailbox management (mail sorting, notifications, forwarding).
Provide friendly, knowledgeable advice on services to walk-in and phone customers.
Skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office, excel, Google sheet, email, internet).
Comfortable working with printers, scanners, and POS systems (training provided).
A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work as part of a small team in a busy environment.
