As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. Duties

Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards. Serve customers with a smile, ensuring their orders are accurate and timely. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas. Adhere to food safety regulations to ensure high-quality standards are met. Assist in upselling menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Manage time effectively to complete tasks promptly while maintaining quality.

Requirements

Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills is advantageous. Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing orders. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour when interacting with customers. Experience in serving or kitchen roles is beneficial.
