Team member at Strikeyard ( was Glengormley Sportsbowl) and Scrapyard Golf, Northern Ireland's newest indoor crazy golf and bowling alley.

The Role- Main responsibilities

We are looking for a team member who will have exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work as part of a team

The role will include:

Dealing with customers and helping with their queries Making the customer experience as fun and memorable as possible Taking instructions from the supervisor/manager Ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to Capable of handling the evacuation of the premises in the event of a fire or emergency To observe all health and Safety and Fire regulations Keep daily reports up to date Make time to interact with customers, ask for feedback and build relationships. Ensuring the cleanliness of the site Inputting into marketing and social media campaigns. Any other duties as required
The ideal candidate will have terrific interpersonal skills and a customer focused approach with a passion to deliver excellent customer service combined with the ability to work within a small team. Ideally have some knowledge of how to operate a computer. The ability to make decisions using initiative but not being worried to ask for assistance if required. Be flexible to work weekdays and weekends as required.

Desirable criteria

Keyholder experience- opening and closing of premises required

First aid training
