Responsibilities

Greet and serve customers with enthusiasm and professionalism. Prepare and serve a variety of gelato and desserts according to company standards. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all work areas. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations. Follow food safety regulations and company policies. Assist in stock replenishment and store presentation. Promote upselling opportunities to enhance sales.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and team spirit. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous. Flexibility to work during peak hours as needed.
