We are seeking dedicated Team Members to join our team at InflataNation Peterborough to help us provide an experience our customers never forget.

As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our venue, providing excellent customer service and making sure our customers have the best experience possible!

This zero-hour role is predominantly weekends, bank holidays and school holidays, with some weekday work available to cover busier periods or absences.

We're looking for someone who is flexible who can do a variety of tasks throughout the day and isn't shy to get stuck in!

Responsibilities

Providing safety instructions and monitoring activities on the inflatables. Serving customers at the reception desk: check-ins, walk-ins and queries. Serving customers at the cafe counter: hot and cold drinks, snacks, hot food. Cooking food to order in our busy cafe. Assist in keeping our venue clean and shiny ready for the next session. Following management/supervisor instructions and assisting the team with any ad-hoc work. Provide excellent customer service at all times!

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service and/or food service is advantageous, but not essential as full training is provided. Ability to be flexible in your working days and hours (essential). Ability to use English and Maths (essential).
Pay: 7.55 - 12.21 per hour
