Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality doner kebabs and other menu items to GDK standards Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly, professional attitude Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all areas of the restaurant Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Assist with stock management and daily prep tasks Follow all food safety and health & safety procedures Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment

Desired Experience & Skills

Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is advantageous. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing orders are required. Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment is beneficial. A strong understanding of food safety practices is essential for maintaining health standards. Time management skills are crucial for balancing multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting.
