Summary

As a member of our Inspection Team you will play a vital role as this position is essential for ensuring that our products meet quality standards. Inspection of printed circuit boards may involve soldering, removal of bridges and replacement of components. Inspectors are accountable for ensuring customers receive right first- time products by spotting board fails.

Responsibilities

Inspection of printed circuit boards and electronic products. Check adherence to quality control standards throughout production. Collaborate with team members to optimise workflow and efficiency. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of manufacturing processes. Maintain a clean and organised work environment to promote safety.

Requirements

Experience of IPC 610 is desirable Experience of working within a similar contract electronic manufacturing environment desirable. Ability to understand component identification codes such as resistors, capacitors and ICs is desirable Ability to hand solder fine pitch surface mount components, remove bridges, replace components is desirable Able to identify board fails with a high degree of accuracy desirable Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail to ensure product quality.
