We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic

Team Member

to join our dynamic hospitality team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop culinary and customer service skills within a fast-paced restaurant environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting food preparation, delivering excellent service, and ensuring a safe and welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Prior restaurant experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Assist with food preparation and presentation to ensure high-quality dishes are served efficiently Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, including taking orders and serving food and beverages Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and hygiene regulations Support the kitchen team with basic tasks such as ingredient organisation and cleaning Manage multiple tables effectively through good time management skills Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximise sales opportunities Ensure the dining area is clean, organised, and welcoming at all times Follow all health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is advantageous but not mandatory Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures Basic maths skills for handling transactions and order accuracy Experience in food preparation or culinary roles is desirable Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional attitude Ability to work well within a team and adapt quickly to changing priorities

Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour
