As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards within our establishment. You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, ensuring food safety, and providing assistance to customers. Your ability to manage time effectively and upsell menu items will contribute significantly to our team's success.

Responsibilities

Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations. Assist customers by taking orders, providing recommendations, and upselling menu items. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Support with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.

Experience

Previous experience in a culinary or restaurant environment is advantageous but not essential. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing inventory. Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety practices is preferred. A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic team setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week
