Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable

Team Member

to join our close-knit team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy setting, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner Prepare a variety of foods including sandwiches, toasties, jacket potatoes, scrambled eggs, and more Make and serve hot drinks (tea, coffee) using a Lavazza coffee machine Operate the till, handle cash, and assist with end-of-day cashing up Clear tables, wash up, and maintain a clean and organised work environment Refill stock and assist with general shop duties as required

Person Specification

Prior experience desired - full training will be provided Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and customer service skills
