Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable

Team Member

to join our team. In this role, you'll support general day-to-day operations while also hosting and assisting with live selling streams. This is a hands-on position where you'll help with everything from preparing and shipping orders to showcasing trading cards on camera.

Key Responsibilities

Host engaging

live streams

to showcase, promote, and sell trading cards while interacting with viewers. Provide friendly and professional

customer engagement

during live streams and through follow-up support. Assist with

daily operations

including organizing stock, packaging orders, keeping the office clean and tidy and preparing products for upcoming streams. Maintain strong

product knowledge

of trading cards to confidently present and recommend items. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth live shows, accurate order fulfilment, and a positive customer experience. Represent the brand with

energy and professionalism

in both on-camera and off-camera duties. Stay flexible and willing to assist wherever needed in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Comfortable speaking on camera and engaging with a live online audience. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Interest in trading cards (Pokemon, One Piece, Dragon Ball, etc.) is highly desirable. Reliable, adaptable, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment. Previous retail, sales, or live streaming experience is a plus, but not required.

Pay: 13.00-16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
