Our 18-hole crazy golf course offer a great family experience for all to remember. We're making crazy golf epic!

We are now looking for a reactive, proactive & dedicated team member to work at our our Southampton site reporting directly to the operations manager

You must be excellent at dealing with the public, and be a really good team player.

ESSENTIAL

Excellent customer service skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrate initiative. Ability to be an excellent team player. Practical applications of Food Hygiene, Health & Safety and alcohol provision requirements. Excellent punctuality and time keeping skills. Experience of staff management at a senior level. Strong knowledge Health and safety Operational excellence for ensuring the customer comes first Excellent stock management and process experience to ensure levels are correct and GP's are hit Demonstrate an ability to operate a budget within the financial constraints set by the General Manager as dictated by the company Directors in order to maximize revenues and profits. Demonstrate excellent all round IT and communication skills

DESIRABLE SKILLS

Experience of working in a hospitality environment. Experience working in a fast paced environment
