What is the role?
Front of House Team Member. LEON Restaurant is naturally fast food. Food that tastes great and does you good. Ensuring each guest who comes through the door receives a big warm welcome and excellent service. You will leave & breathe LEON & HMSHost core values and deliver this in your shifts whilst adhering to excellent cleanliness and store standards. You will follow brand guidelines to ensure compliance. Serving guests on the till, making great coffee or preparing orders are just a few of the duties of this role.
Due to airport flight schedules, our shift times vary. Our morning shifts can start as early as 3am and our late shifts can finish up to 11pm so you must ensure you are flexible to work one of these shift patterns.
Main Duties will include:
Greet and engage customers in a friendly, upbeat manner, ensuring each interaction leaves a positive impression.
Efficiently handle high-volume periods while maintaining excellent service and attention to detail.
Work closely with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations, with clear communication and a shared goal of excellence.
Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations, keeping both the workspace and customer area clean and organised.
