Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our vibrant Coffee Shop environment. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced setting and have a passion for customer service

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests with their orders. Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations. Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Manage time effectively to ensure timely food preparation and delivery during peak hours. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment. Conduct basic maths calculations for order processing and cash handling as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a Coffee Shop or kitchen environment is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting. Basic culinary skills with an understanding of food preparation techniques. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour. A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 11.02-11.48 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
