This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week, with regular day shifts from 8:30 am to 5:30pm, including Saturday and Sunday.

Key aspects of the role:

Provide exceptional customer service Process daily transactions across retail, personal finance and buys and loans Merchandise and maintain store presentation Work towards individual and group sales targets Contribute to a positive environment and foster your own professional growth Make profitable trade decisions for repeat business. Submit high-quality personal loan applications for fast approvals. Assess customer history carefully to optimize pawn lending and redemptions

About you:

A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or retail is required for this role.. Excellent communication and attention to detail Enthusiastic, with a bit of street smarts Collaborative, team-oriented, and strives for success Sense of humour and a passion for helping locals
